Continuing professional development for health workers.
CPD — continuing professional development — is the ongoing updating of health workers’ knowledge and practical skills throughout their professional careers. For doctors, nurses, rescuers and educators working in wartime, it is a matter not only of qualification but also of patient safety and their own.
What events we organise
- Resuscitation and emergency care courses: BLS, ACLS, PALS, as well as first aid, CPR and automated external defibrillator.
- Hands-on trauma and surgery trainings.
- Training in response to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
- Conferences, scientific and educational meetings together with Ukrainian health care facilities and universities.
- Workshops and trainings on mental health and the prevention of professional burnout.
